Delete your data
PriceBuddy, developed by MB Syntax flow, stores saved price history on your device and may sync it to Firebase under an anonymous identifier.
Delete saved history in the app
- Open PriceBuddy and go to History.
- Delete individual items or choose Clear All to remove the full ledger. You can also use Clear history in Settings.
- Connect to the internet so the app can request deletion of synced copies from Cloud Firestore.
Request help with other data
Email tomas@syntaxflow.dev with the subject “PriceBuddy data deletion request”. Describe the data you want removed. We may need additional information to locate an anonymous record; do not send payment card details or camera images.
What is deleted or retained
Deleting history removes the selected saved item details from local storage and requests deletion of corresponding Firestore records. App settings and cached exchange rates remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Google Play purchase records, advertising data and diagnostic reports are handled under the respective providers' policies and retention practices. See the PriceBuddy privacy policy.
